Professional Butchers

Looking for 90 professional butchers
• Separating, cutting and processing meat and fish and preparing for sale
• Preparing and packaging goods from the fresh meat and fish assortment, filling shelves and refrigerators
• General knowledge of goods and displaying products according to the Employer's standards
monitoring expiration dates and separating expired products
• Setting and checking displayed prices
• Checking the quantity and quality of displayed products
• Receiving goods from the fresh meat and fish assortment from the Central Warehouse and from direct suppliers
• Adhering to and implementing the provisions of the HACCP system
• Participating in inventory taking
• Maintaining cleanliness and order on shelves and in the sales area
• Communicating with customers, advising customers on the properties and purpose of goods, • Providing professional and quality customer service
• Respecting regulations, internal acts and procedures, adhering to all applicable principles of the Employer's work

Experience: 5 years' experience as Butcher Required
REQUIREMENTS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR THE WORKER TO GET THE WORK PERMIT:
a) Valid passport (it should not expire in the next 2 year)
b) Police Clearance Report with Apostille (not older than 6 months)
c) medical report (Form 18a)
d) School Diploma
e) MANDATORY !!!: Proof of previous working experience in the same job in duration of minimum 1 year
• Proof can be any of the following supporting documents:
• NCII certificate
• Same or similar job profession written on the GCC TRC CARD
• Employment contract with previous employer signed and stamped by the worker and previous employer in which same or similar job profession is mentioned
