Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include efficiently controlling parts and ensuring the accurate packing of products within our production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parts Control: Manage and oversee the flow of parts along the production line. Verify the quality and quantity of parts, ensuring they meet established standards and specifications.
  • Packing Operations: Efficiently pack finished products according to company guidelines and standards. Use appropriate packaging materials and techniques to ensure safe and secure shipment of goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of parts and finished products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or damages. Maintain high standards of quality and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by accurately counting and recording parts and finished products. Maintain organized records of inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating machinery or handling products. Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines. Communicate effectively to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the production process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and packing products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management practices is a plus.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
