Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Pipe Fitter to join our team, responsible for prefabricating industrial pipelines according to technical and isometric drawings. This role involves various tasks including tack welding using the TIG method, drilling, threading, milling operations, and ensuring compliance with prescribed deadlines and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipe Prefabrication: Fabricate industrial pipelines following technical drawings, making tack welds using the TIG method, and performing drilling, threading, and milling operations.
• Technological Process Implementation: Execute production tasks in line with prescribed deadlines, ensuring adherence to specified technological processes.
• Tool and Equipment Supervision: Oversee the proper use of instruments, tools, and devices essential for pipe fabrication.
• Pipe Bending: Demonstrate proficiency in bending pipes to specified shapes and dimensions.
• Crane Operation: Possess qualifications and competency to operate overhead cranes and working-level cranes safely and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in industrial pipe fitting, particularly in prefabrication based on technical drawings.
• Proficiency in TIG tack welding, drilling, threading, and milling operations related to pipeline fabrication.
• Ability to bend pipes accurately and effectively.
• Certification or qualifications for operating overhead cranes and cranes from working levels.
