Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Worker to join our team, responsible for applying finishing materials to concrete surfaces, ensuring precision and quality in the final product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying Finishing Materials: Apply various finishing materials, such as sealants and curing compounds, to concrete surfaces according to specified requirements.
  • Surface Leveling and Shaping: Spread, level, and shape concrete using hand tools, ensuring evenness and smoothness.
  • Operation of Power Tools: Operate power tools, including power trowels and edgers, to achieve the desired surface texture and finish.
  • Surface Finishing: Smooth, shape, and texture surfaces to achieve a specified finish and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Concrete Placement: Place concrete in designated areas using wheelbarrows and chutes for accurate and efficient distribution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in concrete finishing or related roles, demonstrating expertise in applying finishing materials and shaping concrete surfaces.
  • Proficiency in operating hand tools and power equipment for concrete finishing tasks.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to achieve specified surface finishes accurately.
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks and handle concrete placement equipment.
