Job Description

Join our team at a plant dedicated to manufacturing air hydraulic components, including various couplings, switches, plugs, and air hoses. We’re currently seeking candidates for roles in our production lines, offering the following opportunities:

  • Initially, candidates begin on a mandate contract basis with a compensation of PLN 16 net/hour, inclusive of free accommodation.
  • Following an initial 2-3 month period, employees transition to an employment contract, aligning with the workplace’s standard terms. This transition ensures compensation in accordance with the company’s work volume and remuneration policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating CNC machines (No prior experience required; training provided)
  • Conducting qualitative testing of manufactured elements using specialized measuring instruments
  • Loading bars and steel onto CNC milling machines
  • Previous experience in the metal industry and familiarity with machine operation is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in handling calipers and measuring instruments is a plus, though not obligatory.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the role of a CNC milling machine/CNC operator is highly regarded.
