We are seeking skilled Painters to join our team, responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, wallpapers, and other finishes, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes, cracks, sanding, and applying primers or sealers as needed.
  • Paint Application: Mix and apply paints, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes to surfaces with precision and expertise.
  • Coating Removal: Remove old paint coatings if required, ensuring a clean and suitable surface for fresh applications.
  • Color Consultation: Recommend paint types and colors to customers based on preferences and requirements.
  • Surface Protection: Safeguard furniture and floors using tarps and masking tape during painting to prevent damage.
  • Project Supervision: Oversee and supervise painting projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in surface preparation and paint application.
  • Knowledge of paint types, colors, and finishes, with the ability to provide recommendations to customers.
  • Attention to detail in ensuring smooth, clean, and visually appealing paint finishes.
  • Ability to supervise painting projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
