Job Description

We are seeking diligent Cleaning Workers to join our construction site team, responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment by removing debris, cleaning surfaces, and supporting overall site cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Clean-Up: Clear construction sites by removing obstacles, hazards, debris, dirt, and dust to maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Material Handling: Assist in loading or unloading construction materials and assembling or disassembling temporary structures as needed.
• Surface Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform thorough cleaning tasks including vacuuming, polishing, wiping, and sanitizing floors, windows, furniture, and surfaces.
• Waste Disposal: Collect and properly dispose of trash, debris, and linens in designated receptacles or areas.
• Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials to maintain cleanliness across the site.
• Assistance and Reporting: Follow instructions from supervisors, assist craft workers, and report any site issues or damages for prompt resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in construction site cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to efficiently perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
• Capacity to follow instructions, work well within a team, and communicate effectively with supervisors and craft workers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe construction site.
