Job Description
Our Meat Processing Plant operates as a conveyor-type facility and is seeking dedicated individuals to join various departments based on responsibilities and complexity of the labor process.
Responsibilities and Compensation Based on Departments:
- Finished Product Cutting and Packaging Shop (For Women and Men): Responsible for cutting and packaging finished products. Wage ranges from 120–130 kroons/hour.
- Meat Cutting Shop (For Men): Handling meat cutting tasks. Wage ranges from 145–155 kroons/hour.
- Raw Materials Production Workshop (For Men): Responsible for raw materials production. Wage ranges from 175–180 kroons/hour.
- Monthly Work Bonus: If working more than 250 hours per month, a bonus of +10 kroons is paid for each hour worked.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in meat processing or a related industry is beneficial.
- Ability to perform specific tasks as assigned in the respective department with precision and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and potentially earn bonuses based on hours worked.
