We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team in Croatia. This role involves providing exceptional service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Reception: Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a hospitable welcome.
• Order Management: Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly, meeting guests’ expectations.
• Menu Assistance: Offer menu suggestions, describe dishes, and respond to customer queries to assist with their dining choices.
• Customer Satisfaction: Check on guests during their meal, ensuring their satisfaction, and promptly addressing any concerns.
• Billing and Payment: Prepare bills accurately and process payments efficiently, providing excellent customer service during the payment process.
• Quality Control: Ensure food orders are correctly prepared by the kitchen staff and presented appealingly for guests.
• Food Handling Standards: Adhere strictly to health code standards for the safe handling and serving of food items.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role or customer service position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and health code regulations.
